Friendly staff, good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Heavy metal theme throughout the place, without being too over the top. Quiet location but still close to lively areas like Carnaby Street. Inviting and warm decor, well-ventilated rooms. Well-stocked bar with a variety of appetizers. Comfortable bed, exceptional modern decor, and cleanliness. Customer-focused and friendly service. Outstanding food at the restaurant, cooked to perfection.
